How to Install Your Truck Mat

Thank you for choosing Rigline Truck Mats Ltd.

Follow the steps below to properly install your Rigline semi-truck floor mats. The installation is simple, but taking a few minutes to properly prepare the truck floor will help ensure the best fit and finish.

Installation Instructions

01

Step 1 — Remove the Existing Mats

Remove all existing floor mats, rugs, carpets, or other floor coverings from your truck.

02

Step 2 — Clean the Floor

Thoroughly clean the entire floor using an air hose or vacuum.

Important:

Make sure all dirt, dust, and debris are removed before installing your Rigline mat. A clean surface will help the mat sit properly and allow the Velcro to adhere correctly.

03

Step 3 — Remove Floor-Mounted Accessories

Remove any cup holders, tablet mounts, or other accessories that are mounted directly to the truck floor.

04

Step 4 — Install the Bunk Portion

Remove the Rigline mat from its packaging and begin with the bunk portion.

  1. Install the bunk portion of the mat first.
  2. If your mat has a 2-inch boundary, position the boundary upright against the bed wall or truck wall.
  3. Peel the protective backing off the double-sided Velcro tape.
  4. Press the Velcro firmly onto the truck floor to secure the mat.
Key Installation Tip

If your mat includes a 2-inch boundary, make sure it is standing upright against the bed wall or truck wall before securing the Velcro.

05

Step 5 — Install Under the Refrigerator or Cabinet

Before Positioning the Mat

Depending on your truck's make and model, open the refrigerator or cabinet door before positioning the mat.

Slide the mat underneath the refrigerator or cabinet area and make sure it is positioned correctly before moving on to the front section.

06

Step 6 — Install the Front Portion

Lay the front portion of the mat into place, covering both the driver and passenger sides.

Before Securing the Mat, Check:

  • All seat-belt cutouts are properly aligned.
  • Seat frames are positioned correctly through the designated openings.
  • The mat is sitting flat against the truck floor.
  • The mat is properly positioned around the seats and other interior components.
07

Step 7 — Connect the Front and Rear Sections

Once the front and rear sections are properly positioned, connect the front portion to the rear/bunk portion using the provided connection points.

Final Check:

Check the entire mat to make sure everything is aligned correctly, sitting flat, and securely attached.

Your Rigline Truck Mat installation is now complete!
